Risk warning. Trading forex, metals and CFDs with leverage carries a high risk of losing money quickly, and you can lose more than you expect. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

1. What Preflight FX is

Preflight FX is a software tool that checks a trade plan you create for risks: position size, scheduled news, stop and target placement, overlapping positions and market hours, plus an optional AI description of the charts. "We" means the team that runs Preflight FX.

2. Not financial advice

Preflight FX does not give investment, financial, tax or legal advice. It does not recommend buying or selling anything, does not predict prices, does not provide trading signals, and does not manage money. A "low risk" result describes how a plan is built, not whether it will make money. Every trading decision is yours alone. If you need advice, speak to a licensed professional in your country.

3. No guarantees

Prices, news calendars and AI output can be late, incomplete or wrong. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Always check the numbers with your own broker before trading.

4. Early access

Preflight FX is in testing. Features, availability and the planned prices may change. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to buy anything. Any paid plan will show its price and terms clearly before you pay, and you can cancel any time.

5. Your responsibilities

You must be 18 or older and allowed to trade where you live.
Do not enter passwords, broker logins or card numbers into Preflight FX.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break it, overload it, copy it automatically, or resell it.
Do not present Preflight FX results to others as trading signals or advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of Preflight FX. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $0 for the free waitlist). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

7. Ending use

You can stop using Preflight FX and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for misuse.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell waitlist members about important changes.
