Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Short version: we collect only what you type into the waitlist form, use it only to tell you about Preflight FX and to improve it, never sell it, and delete it whenever you ask.

Who we are

Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Data	Why
Your email address	To tell you when your early access is ready and send occasional product updates.
Trading experience, "would you pay" answer, and your biggest trading mistake (optional)	To understand what traders need and decide what to build. Reported only as totals or anonymous quotes.
Trade plans you check in the app (symbol, prices, account size) and your feedback	To run the check and improve the app. Linked only to your invite code, not your name.
Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) in server logs	To deliver the website securely and block spam.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, broker logins, passwords, card numbers or account numbers.

Legal basis

We process your data because you gave consent when you ticked the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before.

Who else handles it

We use trusted service providers who process data only on our instructions:

DigitalOcean: hosts our server, where waitlist sign-ups, feedback and app usage are stored.
Anthropic: the AI that reviews the charts and news when you run a check. It receives the trade plan you type (symbol, prices, account size), never your name or email.
An email service, when we send emails to the waitlist.

Some of these providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. They use standard safeguards for such transfers. We never sell or rent your data, and never share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or at most 24 months after our last email to you if you never become a user.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The app uses one essential cookie to remember your invite code. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your data, or to stop emailing you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Preflight FX is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and email you about important changes.
